Our Story
Grown with Love, Shared with You
Our family’s love for plants began in the 1960s, when our grandparents, Lolo Miguel and Lola Irenea, began their humble livelihood as roving plant vendors in Quezon City. With their mobile pushcart, they sold roses, flowerpots, and fertilizers—bringing joy to their "suki" in the local markets and even delivering plants door-to-door.
By God’s grace, their business flourished. They were able to raise six children and send them all to college—one of whom is my mom, Tess.
With my dad Nars, who brought his entrepreneurial drive into the mix, our family business expanded further. They supplied plants and gardening essentials in various malls across Metro Manila, continuing the legacy of a true “maghahalaman” family.
Today, this legacy lives on in us—the next generation.
Together with my husband Tim and our three children (Faith, Samuel, and Matthew), along with my brothers Paul and Tim, we carry this torch forward. We’re bringing the heart of our family business into the modern age through Halamanin—a one-stop online shop for quality plants and garden essentials.
