Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

photos of the packaging

your order number

Requests submitted beyond 24 hours after delivery may no longer be eligible for replacement or review.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

seedlings

seeds
-
soil and planting materials

custom or personalized products

special orders
Because plants are living products, natural variations in size, shape, color, and fullness may occur and are not considered defects.
Plants may also experience minor stress during delivery, such as slight leaf drooping, soil movement, or minor leaf marks. This is normal and most plants recover within a few days when placed in proper conditions.
Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or refunds for plants once they have been delivered.
Sale or discounted items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Plant Care Responsibility
Once plants are delivered, their care and maintenance become the responsibility of the customer. Proper watering, sunlight, and plant care are important for the plant’s health.
Halamanin cannot guarantee plant condition if improper care is provided after delivery.
Plant Condition Upon Delivery
All plants are inspected and carefully prepared before dispatch. As living products, plants may naturally vary in size, fullness, color, and growth stage.
Minor imperfections such as small leaf spots, slight yellowing, or minor leaf damage may occur and are considered normal characteristics of live plants.
Product photos on our website are for reference only. Actual plants may vary depending on season, growth stage, and availability.
Refunds
If a return is approved (for non-plant items), we will notify you once we have received and inspected the item.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
